Job Title: Receptionist - Multifaceted Environment
Location: University Town, near Chief Grill
We are seeking a vibrant and skilled Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Square. As the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing various aspects of our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Handle inquiries regarding mall facilities, services, and amenities, including but not limited to aesthetic clinic, swimming pool, and restaurants.
- Coordinate appointments and reservations, maintaining an organized schedule for various departments.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to cater to our international clientele.
- Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the professional dress code standards of the mall.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to support the efficient operation of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
- Prior experience in reception or customer service roles, preferably in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of aesthetic clinic procedures, mall operations, and hospitality services is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability for full-time employment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
